Cancellation & No Show Charges:

Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied or 50% deposit

Amendment: Please inform us 21 day for Peak Season or 15 days for other season prior of each booking arrival date.

Early check out, the deposit/total payment will be non-refundable.

No show is subject to a fully day rate charge.

Reservation Policy:

Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date.

Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge.
